Anne-Marie Cox – Managing Director
Anne-Marie Cox is the Managing Director of Agenda Personnel. She has been servicing an ever-increasing number of loyal and satisfied clients.
Anne-Marie is a certified Personnel Consultant and completed her qualifications in 1993 with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA). She commenced her career in recruitment with a global recruitment organisation in 1989 within the temporary division, and developed her career further when she joined a boutique specialist provider of both temporary and permanent secretarial and support staff.
A global recruitment organisation approached her in 1994 to launch their new support staff business. Anne-Marie founded the temporary division and alone developed the business to approximately 70-80 temporaries per week within the first twelve months.
In 1996, Anne-Marie chose to start her own business, Agenda Personnel Pty Ltd and has successfully maintained and continues to develop good relationships with many industry sectors, assisting with the supply of both temporary and permanent staff. Anne-Marie ensures that her clients receive the highest quality service and in particular, post placement and quality assurance that guarantees her high standards are maintained. Her experience in all facets of office support enables her to understand and fulfil her client's requirements efficiently, and effectively and to the satisfaction of both client and candidate.
As a qualified Recruitment Consultant and a member of the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association), Anne-Marie ensures all Agenda Personnel staff maintain the highest possible standards of personal and professional conduct and ensure confidentiality of privileged information.
Ai Kageyama – Recruitment Consultant (Japanese Specialist)
Ai moved to Melbourne in 2005 after finishing her study of Media Communications in the South Island of New Zealand. She worked for a small international trading company for several years and then joined the Agenda team in 2007 as a Japanese Consultant.
Ai provides a unique component to Agenda, by assisting our Japanese related clients and candidates within the multicultural city of Melbourne, using her experience of being Japanese and living overseas.
Ai has a nature of assisting people; she is often involved in volunteer work to assist especially the Japanese community in Melbourne. She is a member of Hope Connection Inc and the Japanese Society of Victoria.
Sue Gibbs – Recruitment Consultant
Sue commenced with Agenda Personnel in September 2011, as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. She has over 13 years of agency experience, and is accustomed to recruiting varying roles, ranging from business support to middle management level, across a wide range of industry sectors.
Initially starting her career recruiting for temporary positions, Sue has adopted a timely approach to recruitment, whilst maintaining a high standard of service. After deciding her passion was for permanent recruitment, she has since developed a successful recruitment style, based on her extensive knowledge of behavioural based interviewing techniques. Sue utilises this experience to source the candidate whose personality, skills/experience and motivation most closely align with the client’s team, position, and company culture.
Sue thoroughly enjoys the entire recruitment process, and thrives on fulfilling the needs of both clients and candidates, whilst developing lasting relationships. She prides herself on her professional and personable approach, and believes that providing you have an excellent job brief and recruitment methodology, you can successfully recruit for any position.
Marie Bantis – Principal Consultant - Executive Division
Marie has over 20 years of professional expereince at executive level, from accounting, finance and executive management. Marie has proactively consulted with employers and candidates to develop and maintain best recruitment practises.
We are fortunate at Agenda to have someone of Marie's experience and training return to Agenda, she has a successful track record of great service and technical expertise to offer clients and candidates.
