Here's a step-by-step guide to Agenda's recruitment process, just so you know how we work.
- You've decided you need to find a new employee - no wait… not just a new employee, the right employee. Well you've come to the right place.
- Once we know the type of person you're looking for we'll search our extensive database to see if we've already got the perfect person ready and waiting. If we don't, never fear, we'll design and place ads in the right places to attract the best job seekers.
- Once we're inundated with applications (which we will be) we'll sort through all the job seekers and selectively interview the people who we think might be right for you. You can trust our judgment, we know exactly what, or should I say who you're looking for.
- During the interviews we'll test and evaluate skills like computer proficiency and do all the checks you'd expect - verifying qualifications and employment history, reference checking and making sure the applicant is genuinely committed to the job. Perhaps most importantly we'll determine if your potential employee's personality is going to be a good match for your company culture.
- We'll narrow down all the prospective job seekers and find the cream of the crop. Then we'll provide you with a shortlist of people to choose from.
- You might like to conduct your own interviews from the shortlist to make sure you choose the perfect new employee. If you don't have access to meeting rooms at your office, no problem. You're always welcome to use one of the meeting rooms at Agenda.
- Once you're happy you've found the right person, we'll continue to provide you and your brilliant new employee with ongoing support. Think of us as your on call external human resources and employment relations knowledge base.
